Linkedin launches a service to 'hunt' talents but not looking for work



The social network LinkedIn has developed Talent Pipeline , a tool for "scouts" have detailed, consolidated and updated occupational profiles that interest you, even when they are not actively seeking work.


The aim of this service, which is free and will launch in the first half of 2012 , is to allow recruiters to search on a "simple and orderly" and manage the changing information of contacts that are of interest from a single platform , Linkedin reported this week in a statement.


According to the company, this tool is especially useful to locate the candidates 'passive' , ie those who have not applied for a job but "are an important source of talent."


LinkedIn, a social network focused on the professional level, has 120 million users worldwide, two million of them in Spain.
