BlackBerry users re-register their device problems

BlackBerry users have come to suffer on Wednesday delays in receipt of services offered by the operator Research in Motion (RIM), among which include messaging or email.

"We have received reports that some users have experienced delays. We will initiate an investigation and we do a study as quickly as possible," the group reported Waterloo through your account on Twitter.

On areas where there have been incidents, RIM has ensured that its services work "normally" in Europe, Middle East and India, but did not specify the situation in Asia or America .

Not for the first time the company is facing problems like this. A month ago, the Canadian company reported connection problems on their devices in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America that affected millions of users.

RIM announced then that the fall of their email services and messaging in Europe, parts of Latin America, India, Middle East and Africa was due to "failure of a switch" (switch on back-up).
